Nestled on a quiet street with ample on sight parking we offer four lovely ensuite guest rooms. Two are on our second floor with queen size beds and on our main floor a comfy twin/king and a queen bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and a computer, Sadie, our resident Lhasa Apso, non allergenic, loves to greet guests, our home is central air conditioned with ceiling fans in three rooms and smoke free. Front and back decks,gardens with a pool await your pleasure.
We are within easy walking distance to shops,parks, theaters and restaurants. Two bikes are available for the more adventurest, golf courses for alll levels of play and quilting and crafts are always a subject to explore. Serving new and repeat guests for 24 years

ROOMS & AMENITIES

Room #1 is a ground floor twin/king senior friendly ensuite great for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, there are none. Fully carpeted with two tub chairs to relax in.

Room #2 is also a ground floor fully carpeted room with a queen size bed,senior friendly ensuite,ceiling fan and a tub chair

Room #3 is upstairs hardwood floors with a queen size bed, senior friendly ensuite,walk in closet, ceiling fan and a tub chair

Room #4 is upstairs fully carpeted four piece ensuite with a queen size brass bed,walk in closet, ceiling fan and two tub chairs. All four rooms are ensuite and have radio alarm clocks.

Enhance your stay with a refreshing dip in the pool or just sit back and relax while enjoying the gardens & sunshine on the back or front decks.Two bikes are waiting the more adventurists. On our front veranda you can sit and watch the birds, squirrels and other interesting life go by. Our Sunroom is available for cards or a picnic lunch on a rainy day. In the common room watch TV or listen to music and read. On chilly nights a fireplace keeps you warm and cozy, we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

BREAKFAST

A full country breakfast; omelettes,ham,pancakes,sausage,fresh fruit,juices,baked goods and if you have a special diet we can usually accommodate with advanced notice. Coffees and teas are available upon request through the day. A full guest refrigerater is for food,wine, pop or juice is located in our Sunroom with ice, glasses etc.

RATES

Our in season rates are the same for all four ensuite guest rooms $145.00 US or CA. plus 13% HST sales taxes. Special event and off season rates Of $120.00 from November 1/12 till June30/13 apply so please inquire. We are here to accommodate you in all the seasons, thanks

If a cancellation should be necessary two weeks notice is required for deposit refund. No one night bookings on weekends, July, Aug. & Sept. except for fill ins, Please check thanks
