An easy to find, air conditioned, modern back split home that welcomeis visiters. A 15 min walk to Festival Theater or 19 min drive to the Avon Theater, and accross from the golf course and river park. Relax in our bed sitting rooms and enjoy a casual, healthy breakfast with egg main dish, and fresh fruit salad, yogert, bread and jams, variety of cold cereals, coffee, moca, herbal teas or tea. Guests are invited to enjoy the perenial gardens or one of three porches, one overlooking a pond with waterfall. A 6 seater hot tub is also available. Wireless internet access. Photos for sale. Lots of origional artwork, books and gardening magazines. Information on Stratford facilities ie. churches, favorite restaurents and gift shops

ROOMS & AMENITIES

The large bed sitting rooms have golden oak and antique wooden furniture, ensuite bathrooms, bookshelves and a garden view (except room #4 which faces the front). All rooms come equiped with small fridges, desks, phones, cable TVs and terry robes. The Room #1 has two twin beds with a shower. Room #2 has a pillow top queen bed with a large shower, Room #3 is on the lower level with a pillow top queen bed and a shower, and Room #4 has two, pellow top queen beds with a large shower. The living room is open concept and there are books and gardening magazines available for your in-house reading pleasure. Handmade soaps provide a little bit of extra pleasure.

There are 12 steps from street level to the front door. Rooms #1and 2 are up another 4 steps. Room #3 is down 9 steps. Room #4 is on the main level. It is possible to enter Room #3 from the garage with prior notice, and only 3 steps to room but 9 steps up to breakfast.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is any time between 7-10:00 AM with an egg dish, yogert, fresh fruit salad, with cold cereal, homemade granola, healthy breads and jams, variety of juces, coffee, moca and specialty teas.

Room #3 is $95.00, Room #4, #2 and #1 are $125.00 CAN with taxes included. Room #4 can host 4 people with $35 charge for each person over 2
