Hathaway’s Cottage is a charming, yellow brick, 1894 Ontario Cottage, within a 10 minute walk to Avon and Studio Theatre, restaurants, shops and Avon River. The Tom Patterson and the Festival Theatre are only a 15 minute stroll away.

Opened as a Bed and Breakfast in 2001, our home has been lovingly restored, keeping its cozy charm, furnished with antiques and textiles. Our home is smoke-free with ample parking.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

Awaiting you, is our private cozy loft, with the option of either king or twin beds. Features include a four piece ensuite bath, walk-in closet, satellite TV, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and central air. We supply bottled water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar and cookies for your after theatre snack.

Downstairs is our cozy sitting room, where you can listen to music, read or enjoy each others company.
Beautiful, colorful gardens surround our home, and you can relax while having your morning or afternoon tea and soaking up the sunshine!

BREAKFAST

On weekdays enjoy a relaxing, extended, self-serve continental breakfast consisting of: fresh fruits, a variety of muffins, home baked fruit scones, fresh fruit salad, assorted bagels, oatmeal, cereals, juices, tea and coffee at your leisure. On weekends we offer a full breakfast. Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.

RATES

Rates are $125/night based on double occupancy.Check-in time is 1:30 p.m. & check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please make personal cheques payable to Kevin Watts.

POLICIES

A one night stay will hold your reservation. Deposit refundable, less a $10.00 administration fee, if reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks before arrival.
