This elegant Victorian home, located on Lake Victoria is within easy walking distance to downtown shops and theatres. We offer charming, spacious bedrooms( individualy controlled air conditioners) with ensuite bathrooms , a beautiful river view and gardens, a restful small inn atmosphere and a full healthy breakfast that you can enjoy in our comfortable, spacious dining room.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

We have four guest rooms:
• Room 1 has two Double beds as well as a three piece ensuite bathroom which overlooks the front gardens and historic St. James Church.
• Room 2 has a four poster Queen bed with a sofa and coffee table in a bay window overlooking the water and gardens as well as a large three piece bathroom.
• Room 3 has a Queen bed as well as a three piece ensuite bathroom.
• Room 4 has a Queen and a Single bed as well as a three piece ensuite bathroom and also overlooks the water and gardens.

All guest rooms have access to a kitchenette that is equipped and stocked with the basics and the full sized fridge is available for your needs.

*We do not accept guest pets.

We offer a full breakfast which includes;

*One hot entree *fresh friut salad *Cereals *Yogurts *Croissants *Organic bread *Preserves *Orange juice *Organic milk *We also have 10 varieties of quality tea & our House Blend Coffee.

RATES

Our room rates are from $125 to $165 per night based on double occupancy, plus 13% HST Tax . Payment may be made with cash, personal cheques, Visa or Mastercard.
