Perfectly located across from the Tom Patterson Theatre with a wonderful view of the Avon River. Park in our driveway and walk everywhere in minutes. Relax and make yourself at home in the comfort of our living room. Sink into a couch with a book or cup of tea, or watch a game of lawn bowling while sipping a drink on the front porch. Delight in the sounds of the Casino Jazz Band or the sights of the swans as they glide across the Avon River.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

We have four bedrooms from which to choose, all decorated with original art by local artists, including one of our hosts.

• Room 1 is our largest room and offers a wonderful view of the Avon River. It features a king size bed or two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Room 2 offers a king size bed or two twin beds and ensuite bath with a bathtub/shower unit.
• Room 3 is a bright and cheery room with a king size bed tucked into an alcove. This room has a private bathroom located a few steps down the hall.
• Room 4 is on the main floor and features two twin beds with a private bathroom across the hall. This room also offers a wonderful view of the river.

Our home has central air-conditioning, and the guest living room has comfortable seating, a TV, a variety of reading materials and board games. Guests may help themselves to coffee, tea and cookies in our kitchen.

BREAKFAST

We serve a full, sit down breakfast that always includes fresh fruit salad and home baking, as well as a variety of cereals and a different hot main dish daily such as Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Breakfast Egg Bake, or Oatmeal Pancakes.

RATES

Our prices for 2012/13 are as follows. Note: US prices will fluctuate with exchange.

• Room 1 - $145 Cdn
• Room 2 - $145 Cdn
• Room 3 - $135 Cdn
• Room 4 - $135 Cdn

Payments may be made with cash, personal cheque, Visa or Master Card.

A $20 discount will be given for off peak rates. (November-April)

POLICIES

Check-in time is from 1 pm to 3 pm. Please advise if you require an early check-in time so we can do our best to be ready for you.
Please let us know if you will arriving late so we can schedule any errands around that time.
Check out time is 10:30 am.

Reservations cancelled 21 or more in advance will receive a full refund, less any bank charges. Cancellations received less than 21 days will be refunded if the room(s) is subsequently rented.
