Guestrooms to meet every need:
"The York Suite" is a 2 room suite: "Riverdale" has queen bed and separate "Leaside" single bed/sitting room with ensuite bath.
"The High Park" is a lovely queen bed room with arched windows and private bath.
"The Forest Hill" suite has a queen bed in bedroom and attached sitting room with double sofa bed and ensuite bath.
"The Rosedale" is a spacious room with twin beds and ensuite bath.
The "Annex" is a lovely queen size room on the first floor directly off the common areas. This is especially appealing to those "early bird" guests who like to enjoy the living room and veranda before others wake up. The bathroom is shared with the owner but is otherwise a very private area. The kitchen is nearby to grab your early morning coffee!
The guest (2nd) floor has a beverage closet equipped with a refrigerator, drinks, ice and glasses.
Lighten your packing - guest rooms have cozy terry robes, toiletries and hair dryers. There is also an iron, ironing board and toilet items available for each guest's use.
We have central air, wireless internet access and the great room is available to guests 24 hours with separate conversation areas, a cozy fireplace and cable TV. Built in 1899, the Manor is a fine example of Victorian architectural detail (Robust Romanesque Revival style by Architect Harry Powell). The finish is constructed of red brick with arched windows and a distinctive three-story turret.
The welcoming entrance has 20' ceilings, accented with crystal chandeliers, coupled with antiques gracing the formal dining room and magnificent great room - perfect for relaxing.
Grandville has one friendly cat in residence and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
BREAKFAST
Each morning, early tea and coffee are available in the guest hall followed with a hearty, hot full course breakfast (dietary needs accommodated) in the formal dining room. Enjoy your early morning tea on the veranda or in the tranquil gardens while listening to the birds. RATES
Our room rates vary based on room selected and number of occupants. Please call to inquire about group rates. Plan your corporate strategic planning meeting, retreat, or special interest getaway. Group needs can be accommodated and rates negotiated accordingly.
Room rates are in Canadian funds and include parking and full breakfast.- subject to HST. Deposit and payment accepted with cash, personal cheque, traveler's cheque, Visa and MasterCard.
POLICIES
Check-in 2pm-6pm (unless otherwise arranged), checkout 10.30am. Cancellation is minimum 10 days less non-refundable deposit of $25.00/room/night. Less than 10 days full charge applies.
