ROOMS & AMENITIES

We have four spacious, air-conditioned guest rooms each with cable television and wireless internet.
The Sandringham Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, fainting couch, wing chair and bay window.
The Balmoral Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, armoire, sofa and a bay window.
The Hampton Court Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, armoire, triple dresser and sofa.
The Windsor Room is our romantic getaway with a canopied bed and a large, private bathroom with claw-foot tub and waterfall shower.
All our bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, each with its own bathroom.

A bar refrigerator in the guest hallway has complimentary water and soft drinks, along with space for your items.

A grand entrance foyer, with Juliet balcony, impressive original woodwork and fireplace invite you into our home. Relax in our formal parlor, on our wrap-around veranda or in our award-winning gardens. Complimentary calls within North America; WI-FI is available throughout the house.

We regret that we cannot accommodate guest pets.

BREAKFAST

We serve a beautiful breakfast in our elegant dining room, at 9:00 am. Breakfast items change daily. Seasonal fresh fruit accompanies yogurt parfaits, poached and baked fruit . Our own special entrees and daily baked goodies, along with juice, coffee and tea are included. Wake-up coffee, tea and treats are served before breakfast. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

RATES

Summer rates are: April 30 to October 31, $175.00 (CDN), plus HST. VISA, MasterCard, Traveler's Cheques and Cash are accepted.

POLICIES

A deposit of $40(CDN) is required. Cancellation policy is in effect. Please see our website at www.birminghammanor.com for details. Check-in is from 3 - 5 p.m.

Guests are welcome year-round. Winter Rates are: from November 1 to April 30 $155.00 (CDN), plus taxes.
