One Sixteen Mornington Street B&B is a 1914 "Stratford red brick" home in a heritage area. Original hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs in bedrooms. Enjoy the spacious entry foyer, living and dining room for guests, all generously furnished with period antiques.

Relax in the well-appointed queen-bedded rooms and enjoy a silver service breakfast in the morning.

Park and walk: Two blocks, a walk across the dam and you're downtown!

ROOMS & AMENITIES

One Sixteen Mornington Street B&B has two rooms:

1. The Jester's room - A queen bed and ensuite bathroom
2. The Queen's room - A queen bed and ensuite bathroom

The guest floor has beverage closet with refrigerator, ice, glasses, soft drinks and bottled water.
All bathrooms have toiletries and hair dryers
The main floor has a large entry foyer, living and dining areas with fireplace and conversation areas always available for guests.

One Sixteen Mornington has

BREAKFAST

A silver-service breakfast that starts with coffee, tea, or juice,
then a serve yourself choice of fruits
then a pastry choice
then an entre of cooks choice (or maybe yours if you request ahead) raspberry pancakes, stratta, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, etc. with appropriate side dishes.
Please make dietary needs known the night before. We surprise guests with our ability to take their special needs into consideration with wonderful dishes.

RATES

Our rates for summer season are $140. plus No Tax
Our off-season rates (Oct 1 - June 30) are $100. plus No Tax
And as usual - your 10th night at One Sixteen Mornington B&B is Free

POLICIES

Our check-in times are 2-6
Check-out is 10:30
Cancellation policy: Over 14 days no charges will apply: 14 days or less all charges unless we can book the room again. Rooms booked within 14 days are considered firm and non-refundable.
