ROOMS & AMENITIES
The East wing is our premiere accommodation. This room is 345 square feet of self indulgence. With appointments that include a King size bed, private library bay window, fireplace and your own private en-suite.
The West wing is our alternative suite comprised of three rooms totaling 312 square feet. The bedroom is decorated in a country french style with a canopied queen size bed and a lovely bay window writing desk. This suite also has a private bath and a sitting room across the hall. The sitting room can also be set up as a separate bedroom.
Our guest rooms leave no details unattended to. With 400 thread count sheets, egyptian cotton bath towels, complimentary robes, and cable television just to name a few. Our guest will also have access to our guest parlor, and a butlers pantry that will be stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks. We encourage our guest to enjoy everything our home has to offer be it morning coffee on the Juliet balcony, afternoon tea basking in the sun on the grounds or evening cocktails on the front veranda. We want you to experience the best things that life has to offer.
Our full breakfast service changes on a daily basis, but on any given day you will offered a delectable experience. Breakfast will begin with coffee, juices, a fresh fruit platter, and baked goods This will be followed by a hot entree that you may select from our menu options. We are also more than willing to cater to special dietary needs. We can also provide Weight Watchers Points Plus menu options.
November through April our room rate is $200.00 for the first night
& $100 for each additional night.
May and June our room rate is $200.00 per night.
July, August & September the Rate is $260.00 per night.
October our rate is $200.00 per night.
*Deposits: A deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation.
*Payment: The balance of your stay less your deposit is due upon check-out .
*Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard are accepted.
*Cancellations: Cancellations made seven days prior to the date of arrival will have their deposit refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date will forfeit deposit.
*Check In: 2:00pm to 4:00 pm unless otherwise arranged.
*Check Out: 11:00 am
*Children & Pets: are accepted with prior arrangement.
*Smoking: Is permitted outdoors.
*Parking: Complimentary off street parking is available for guests.
