Your hosts, Grant & Rochelle, have taken over the Artful Lodger effective April 15. (Apologies for the down time while we unpacked and made extensive renovations to the living room / dining room... all systems are now back on!)
This 1906 Edwardian home is within walking distance of down town and all of the theatres.
In the coming year(s), we will be rebranding and revamping during the off-season. Look for the "Oxford Inn" for your future stays in Stratford!

Room 1 Garden Suite:

Room 2 Bermuda Room:

Room 4 Needlepoint Room:
* so-named after the needlepoint pictures by previous owner
(minor changes to decor have inevitably been made since the sale)

Our home has central air, SMOKE FREE, and children must be 12 and older. Our cat, Darling, stays in the owners' quarters in the basement only.
For your convenience there is a coffee / tea / hot chocolate bar on the second floor, and and a small fridge for your use.
Guest Parking is on the right side of our home.

POLICIES

Check-In:
We try to accommodate any check-in time after 1:00 p.m., as long as we know in advance of your estimated time of arrival. Please let us know to ensure that one of us is here to greet you.
Check-Out:
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. We will extend this if we are able, but often guest arrivals make it difficult.
Deposit:
A deposit of your first nights charges is required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation: If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your arrival date we will be pleased to refund your deposit, subject to an administration charge of $10.00.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, cheque, and of course cash.

This is a new venture for both of us, having recently moved from Edmonton, Alberta. Grant is "semi-retired", following careers as a university professor and a lawyer. He will be mainly running the B&B. Rochelle, meanwhile, continues her work as a fundraiser and development officer, currently for the renowned Stratford Chefs School. We hope to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable, and interesting. (Philosophy chat comes free!)
